    We have been using ATG for the past 15 plus years and always had a positive experience. The service is done quickly and at a fair price. They do not upsell you, and in fact will ask if you can obtain certain services on your own if you would like. I normally do not like taking my car in to the shop, but when I go to ATG, I do not dread it. I know that my car is being serviced responsibly and that I am not being taken advantage of.

    I brought my car to ATG to get my brake lights fixed. They were so speedy and communicative. They identified an additional issue with my brake line and were able to get everything done in two days. So glad the issue with my brake line got caught!! Amazing team, as a woman it can be very daunting to go to any type of mechanic but I felt very welcomed and the whole process was very transparent.

    Honest, Reliable, and Accurate. I asked Seldon to inspect my used Gen 2 Prius I recently purchased. Found cracking belt, oxygen sensor wires that a rat had gotten onto (Daniel showed me the wires, yes indeed they like the outer layer), and how to fix cruise control. They also fixed a head light and loose fender. I am happy to have a fully functioning Prius. :) Thank you team ATG. My Goto Goleta auto repair shop now.

    Jamie’s always takes care of me. Whether I have repairs done on my vehicles or I purchase new sets of tires. I always opt for the road hazard protection when I make my tire purchases. I consider it an investment more than an expense. From the front of the house and service manager down to the individuals who perform the work and check my tires, they are always courteous, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Can’t be beat.

    A friend referred me over to these guys, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I went in to get my brakes done. I was able to schedule an appointment very easily and the quote they initially gave me was the same when the repair was done. They also did further inspection to see if any additional repairs may have been needed. I feel like these guys are ones that you can trust to take care of your vehicle in an honest way. I will definitely go back if I have further auto repair needs.

    Want to warn people about this joint. I recently purchased a vehicle that came with a service history dating back to 2001. A large number of invoices were from Jamie’s. On taking possession of the vehicle my first order of business was to do an oil change. On removing the oil filter I found tons of metal, which made no sense as the engine ran good. Lifting the car I found the drain plug was leaking at a fairly steady rate, not horrific but would form a drop every 15 minutes or so. I removed the drain plug and found it did not want to come out nicely, examining the plug it was obviously an oversized aftermarket plug, with the oil came plenty of threads. Last handful of invoices detail Jamie’s performing oil changes on the vehicle. At some point one of the “technicians” must have pulled the threads, then tapped the pan oversize (crooked, so the crush washer doesn’t seal) and chose not to run oil through the pan to drain out the metal shavings from the thread repair. All that metal got sucked up into the pump, and caught by the filter. I removed the pan to replace it, and found metal shavings all in the pickup tube. It’s a miracle the engine didn’t starve itself. Oh well, fixed it. Week later CEL comes on for a CPS, nbd, ordered one up, despite an invoice showing Jamie’s had replaced the CPS recently. On removal I found the “tech” at Jamie’s had not only neglected to install a new O Ring, but had not installed one at all. Which most definitely explained the oil leak down the side of my engine, and cold start rough run. While I was in there I also noted that at one point Jamie’s had had the intake manifold off, and had forgotten to install the PCV drain valve hose, leading to more oil down the side of the engine and a fairly large vacuum leak. Overall I’m shocked by the negligence I keep finding on this car. The previous owner was an older gentleman who rarely drove the vehicle, so I assume he didn’t pay much mind to the leaks and idle issues. Also as a side note I found 4 coolant flushes performed on the car at Jamie’s, with each flush listing a different color coolant each time. The coolant on the vehicle is not a very pleasant color anymore, and a proper flush is next on my list. The orders also include one for a belt tensioner and idler replacement, neither part looks to have been replaced, so not quite sure what happened there. The clutch fan is also seized on the water pump and doing those parts without fan removal is practically impossible. I get mistakes happen but boy there is a lot of hack work on this car and for every screw up there seems to be an invoice pointing directly at Jamie’s.

    This is not a rant or a rave. I'll let readers decide on their own. I took my girlfriend's SUV by for brake problems. They did (copied from invoice): Brake flush service, Brake inspection, and New (rear) brake lines. Charges: $744.72 This was on 7/19/23. The brake light came on 3 weeks later and she took it in. They topped off brake fluid and light went off...no charge. The light came back on a month later and she took it in. They did (copied from invoice): Parking brake cables were loose, Found parking brake handle loose, Adjust parking brake cable. Light went out. Charges: $33.43. I mentioned to front desk how we just had two new rear brake lines put on less than 2 months ago...and I asked if there were any way the mechanic had maybe loosened the cables to put on new lines, and forgot to tighten them back. The guy went back and spoke with mechanics and came back saying one guy did new lines and another guy tightened cables. Then he said it was separate problem (or something to that effect). The $33.43 charge stuck. I did ask for a copy of the earlier invoice and they politely printed me one. After reviewing the earlier invoice.....the service which stood out to me was that they performed a "Brake inspection" during the brake line replacement. I realize a garage can't warranty too much on a 16-year old vehicle. Kind of a gray area...parking brakes are in rear...brake inspection...not BBB stuff. I'm going to start going back to smaller garage in downtown Fairborn, and maybe I'll look into garage on DYS Road which I've read good reviews on. Again, not a rant or a rave.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. I was misled 2 times by Jamie's. I dropped off my car overnight at the Beavercreek location and was told my truck would only cost $177 to fix the A/C. They then told me in the morning that my truck would have to go to the Fairborn location because they didn't have the part they needed to fix it. They quoted me the $200 something for this newer refrigerant, had I know it was $765 I would have never taken my truck there in the first place. They had me use my time off at work to drive around Fairborn and Beavercreek and misled me on prices and services. I will never go to Jamie's again and I will never recommend them to anyone ever. Zero stars!

    *edit* had to drop it to 1 star because i confirmed it was indeed the brakes i had an issue with. They took my 85 dollars and told me about somwthing i allready previously had diagnosed * end edit* Never got to talk to the mechanic who actually inspected my vehicle to even confirm if we were on the same page with the sound it was making. I personally haven't had it make the particular sound of concern in the past few days so I'm sitting here genuinely wondering if they even heard the proper issue or if they just heard ANY noise and just ran with the idea. Which sadly is a issue a family member recently had at this shop aswell. Just wish I would of spoken to more than a desk man to actual confirm we heard the same noise

    I was driving over to Xenia for the HamVention this past weekend, when my rear tire started losing air. Had Siri do a search for repair shops, and JAMIE’S Fairborn shop came right up. I was greeted like a long time customer, had prompt service, and if I was a local resident, would not take my car anywhere else! I witnessed total commitment and teamwork from the entire staff. You can’t demand this level of morale. It develops from good leadership (I had the chance to meet Jamie at the shop that morning) and respect and trust of the techs in the bays.     My VERY busy 17 year old had a slow leak in a back tire. Dreading the process of taking his car to the shop, I called Jamie’s Tire and the dreaded process became A-OK!!! Courtney was very kind and booked my son’s car the very same day; it was even a Saturday!!! While I was hoping we only needed a patch Jamie’s sent a text linking me to pictures of my sons car/tires undergoing tests up on the rack. They also sent pics w/ proof of their age and several other reasons we needed to replace all four tires!!! While I was bummed by the unplanned expense; Jamie’s gave my son 4 great tires at a very reasonable price along with several other discounts!! Speaking of discounts they also replaced a tire pressure sensor for 2/3 the price of the BMW dealer! Thanks again for the excellent speedy service with smiles!     After having my tires balanced I still had a shake in the steering wheel when I drove around 55 miles an hour and when I hit the brakes. Made another appointment and specifically requested they check my front rotors. Called 5 hours after dropping off my vehicle to find all they did was balance my tires again. They didn't charge me or I wouldn't have given 3 stars. Thanks for wasting my day. I won't be back.

    Have been going to your place for many years, and many cars. Honestly, today was the worst experience I’ve had so far. Had 1PM appointment to change oil, have check engine light being on, and gas cap wouldn’t open, so they were to check that as well. After about an 1.5 hour, I went outside, and checked the bays. Car wasn’t in any, so figured they were test driving. About 15 minutes later, I see my car in your lot. Go in and ask about it, and they say he’s working on paperwork. Short time later, he goes out and finds paperwork. After being there 1.75 hours, they only did oil change, and nothing else. Very upset about wasting all that time. Was told after paying for only the oil change, that car was right outside, but it wasn’t, it was in your lit. When I got in the car, saw there wasn’t even the oil change sticker that goes on the upper left of the window. I drove to the front door, to tell them about it, but there was a young fire fighter in front of me. Once he paid, your employee told him to wait a minute, and he would run to the lot, where my car was, and get his vehicle. I had told this same employee, when I checked in, that I had hip replacement surgery five weeks earlier. I’m 75, just had hip replacement surgery, and have to walk to your lot to get my car. However, a young fireman, who appears to have been in excellent condition, gets his vehicle brought up to the front door. Go figure.

    I made an appointment for 08:30AM and dropped the car off the night before. I called at 12:00 and it wasn't in the shop yet, attendant said they had several walks in's come in but would get to it soon. by 3 PM the auto was ready. all it needed was the rotors turned on the front brakes. It appears to me if you don't wait for your auto then they will not honor your established appointment time and get to it when they are ready. Work was done correctly and reasonable price.
